  • Week 1: Clarity Session — A 60-minute deep-dive discovery session to set intentions and tune in to your unique path.
  • Weeks 2–5: Weekly Check-Ins — 30-minute personal calls every Monday (flexible timing) with custom integrative homework to challenge your limitations, and spark forward motion.
  • Daily Slack Support — Text/voice note access from 9–11am, Monday–Friday for real-time check-ins, energetic guidance, and support.
  • Week 6: In-Person Integration — A 60-minute integration healing session in my studio space to seal in the work we’ve done and integrate all that’s been unlocked.

Hey, I’m Courtney! I’m the founder of Holding Space Co. — and honestly? I’ve been where you are. I’ve worked the corporate jobs. The retail jobs. The ones that drained my energy and left little time (or space) to pour into what I really wanted — to build something of my own, rooted in healing and purpose. For a long time, I told myself I’d wait until the “right time”… until I finally realized that the right time didn’t exist. I had to take the leap.

So I did. And slowly, I began building a business that actually felt like me. A space where I could blend my intuitive gifts, my background in health and kinesiology, and my deep desire to help others feel seen, supported, and reconnected to themselves.
